CALVERT POLICE CHIEF RESIGNS

  

The city of Calvert in Robertson County is looking for more police officers and a new police chief.

The city’s police chief Nancy Juvrud  resigned late last week after being on the job for three and a half years.

Juvrud said this would give her time to do some things she had not been able to do, and go places she had not been able to go.

The resignation means the Calvert police force now has only three officers.
