CITY OF BRENHAM OFFICES CLOSED FOR GOOD FRIDAY
Several city services will be closed Friday in Brenham in observance of Good Friday.
Brenham City Hall and the Washington County Courthouse will be closed, along with Brenham Municipal Court. Due to the election, the city secretary's office at city hall will be open from 8 to 11 a.m. to accept applications for ballot by mail.
The Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library will be closed until Monday.
In addition, the Blue Bell Aquatic Center, Citizens Collection Station, Recycling Center, and Pet Adoption and Animal Services will be closed Friday. They will, however, be open for regular hours Saturday. The Visitor Center will be open Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., have regular hours Saturday, and be closed Sunday.
There will not be any residential trash pick-up services, but commercial services will continue as normal.

This doesn’t seem fair. This gives the county residents one less day to utilize the collection station for the free spring cleanup.
Please check the City website. I believe the spring cleanup for County residents is next week, 25th-27th.
