  1. My condolences…….I am Mrs. Alene Jones’ baby daughter, Dee. I remember Mrs. Hogan dropped by at the home going of my mom, Mrs. Alene Jones as we (the family) were having her wake. She told us that she really enjoyed the joyful music that we were singing, and that when her time came, she wished that she could have the same. Hallelujah, Mrs. Hogan……take your rest!

  2. Our heartfelt Condolences go out to the Hogan family. We pray for your comfort and strength.

I graduated from Pickard High School in 1962. Mrs. Gladys Hogan was my English and Literature teacher in the 11th and 12th grades. I loved her classes. She was dedicated, creative and innovative. She maintained strict control over her classes, not with threats or harsh words but, with kindness and the utmost respect for her students. She did so much more than teach us English and Literature; she taught us social values by demonstrating her own. Her spirit lives on through her students, and her life’s work. We are blessed to have been taught by her. To God be the Glory.

  3. I remember going with my Dad on house calls to see Mrs. Hogan. Always gracious and kind.

  4. Our prayer goes out to the Family from the Richard, Doris Preston and family.Doghter Diane Preston in Houston,Texas (713-927-6089).
