DANNI MORFORD TO SPEAK AT LIFETIME LEARNING LUNCHEON

  

Lifetime Learning of Washington County has a unique speaker for their Luncheon Lecture series next month.  Danni Morford, a parent of three sons and a husband who have dealt with addiction issues all their lives.  She grew tired of other family’s extoling their accomplishments in Christmas letters, and decided to be brutally honest with hers after the death of their oldest son in 2007.   In 2019, she published those Christmas letters in a book, “Shoot My Ashes from a Cannon”, as well as the letters she writes her deceased son as she struggles with grief.  Morford is not an addiction professional, but one wise from personal experience.  She will be speaking at the Friday, March 6th luncheon at the Janis Sneed Banquet Room at Blinn College.   Tickets for the event are $25 each and can be purchased through February 25th at lifetimelearningbrenham.org.
