DISTRICT JUDGE REVA TOWSLEE CORBETT RUNNING FOR 5TH TERM

  

District Judge Reva Towslee Corbett of Caldwell is seeking re-election for her 5th term as the 335 District Court Judge.  That District includes Burleson, Washington, Lee, and Bastrop Counties.  Judge Corbett sites her 15 years of experience as District Judge as one of the main reasons she should be re-elected to the position.  She says that every case is different and she has no set philosophy when it comes to deciding a case:

Jude Corbett’s opponent for the March 3rd Republican Primary is Charles Carver, an associate Municipal Judge in Bastrop.  There are no Democratic candidates running for the position.
