  1. What ever happened to “Innocent before proven guilty”? Just because you”ve been indicted does not mean you have been proven guilty. Why are the people of Brenham so fast to judge and who are they to judge?

      1. Right? Who’s judging? Indictments are a matter of public record under the Freedom of Information Act. Nobody has said anything yet about their guilt or innocence.

    1. A civil society indicts, you arrest in order to BRING THEM TO TRIAL, then you try.

Law abiding people of the community get to judge guilty or innocent. If you keep your nose clean, YOU might be one of those who have that PRIVILEGE (and it is a privilege) ( a founding
      basis for America’s very existence)

How would YOU do it ?

    2. Innocent until proven guilty is a concept that applies to the judicial system. The average citizen if free to have any opinion that he wants. Perhaps those who are sensitive to having notice of their criminal indictment displayed in a public manner should avoid committing crimes.
