EIGHT SENTENCED IN 21st DISTRICT COURT
A Brenham man has been sentenced to four years in prison after his probation was revoked in 21st District Court.
34-year old Glendyce Sean Pack was originally placed on probation for a charge of Assault on a Public Servant back in July of 2013.
Pack was also fined $500.
Also in district court, Judge Carson Campbell sentenced 35-year old Andrew Johnson of Bryan to three years behind bars for a third-degree felony charge of Theft of Property.
Johnson was also ordered to pay nearly $11,000 in restitution.
A Dime Box man had his probation revoked and was sentenced the three years in prison, 32-year old Kurt Levier Shepard was sentenced for a 2011 charge of Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
21-year old Julie Ann Jones of Brenham was sentenced to six months in jail on a charge of Assault Family Violence.
A Fayetteville woman was sentenced to six months in jail and six years’ probation for several cases.
40-year old Melanie Schmidt was sentenced to jail time on two charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was placed on probation for a charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence.
Schmidt was also fined $1500, ordered to perform 200 hours community service and ordered to complete a substance abuse program.
35-year old Cullen Dee Lampe was placed on five years’ probation and fined $1500 for Assault Family Violence/Impeding Breathing. Lampe was also ordered to perform 300 hours of community service and must complete a batterers’ intervention program.
And, 43-year old G.W. Haley Jr., of Leander placed on three years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Haley was also fined $1500 and ordered to perform 140 hours of community service.
