SUMMARY:Lauren Quinn Family Benefit Account
DESCRIPTION:https://www.facebook.com/100041612881100/posts/796700628393693/?d=n \nOn January 1\, 2022\, Lauren Quinns mother was involved in a car accident. Her injuries resulted in a T12 vertebrae fracture\, requiring a hospital stay. \nFor the first few days it was uncertain it she would ever be able to walk again. However\, by Monday January 4th\, she was able to stand up and sit in a chair with the assistance of three people and an assistive device\, she did it! \nOnly moments after\, being placed back in the bed from standing\, she had trouble breathing and said it was hard to keep her eyes open and in an instant\, she turned her head\, closed her eyes and took her last breath…Lauren’s mother passed from a pulmonary embolism. \nBack in May 2021\, Lauren and her mom and took in four children. These children ages 17\, 16\, 13\, and 11 are the biological children of Lauren’s older brother’s ex-wife; she lost custody of them a little over 10 years ago. \nNot only did their mother give up the kids on but also they suffered unmentionable abuse from the man who adopted them. This summer\, all the kids ended up in Texas and went to live with their bio mom\, however that turned into a hostile/abusive situation. At the time of all of these events\, Lauren’s brother was working out of state and unaware of the situation. The oldest two girls decided that is was not a safe environment and called police. Police removed the kids from the house and released them to Lauren and her mom. Lauren’s brother and his wife also had two children together\, CPS got involved and they also got the babies\, ages 4 and 2. \nNow\, Lauren who has legal custody of all the children is taking care of the kids. They were working as a team to raise the kids and now that her mom is suddenly gone\, Lauren could use some help. There is a benefit account set up to go directly to Lauren and the kids. What a tragedy to Lauren\, the kids and all who knew her…to lose her support system\, her mom and the kids who have already been through so much\, now their grandmother. Thank you for any and all help you can provide. \nThis is such an amazing community of loving people who always pull together when there is a need!#WashingtoncountyTXhasheart \nIf you would like to make a   monetary donation\, contact\nBrazos Valley Schools Credit Union\n2455 Stringer Street\nBrenham\, TX. 77833\n1 (979) 353-7079\nLauren Quinn Family Benefit Account
