DESCRIPTION:The Zythological Society of North America\, Texas Chapter will be hosting the 2022 Bierverkostung\, German for beer tasting\, at the Brenham Maifest\, the tasting will be held Saturday\, May 7 from 2p-6p\, under cover\, at the Brenham Fireman’s Park \, the craft beer tasting will be $20 per person\, which will include (20) twenty tastings - tickets can be purchased at the event\, or online at www.zythologcial.com \nBreweries featured at Bierverkostung include: St. Arnolds Brewing from Houston\, Brazos Valley Brewery from Brenham\, Huff Brewing from Bellville\, Equal Parts Brewing from Houston\, NOLA Brewing from New Orleans\, Karbach Brewing from Houston\, Galveston Brewery from Galveston\, Pinthouse Brewing from Austin\, and more. \nThe Bierverkostung is a craft beer tasting event entering its sixth year. The tasting coincides with the Brenham Maifest German Festival. The festival will have live German music\, a home brew contest\, food vendors\, and much more. \nThe annual Meister von Bier homebrew competion\, as part of the Brews Over Texas series\, will also be that day starting at 1:00p (12:00 turn in). Entry fee is $10 for the first beer and $5 for each additional beer.
