FAIR QUEEN CANDIDATE HEATHER RUEMKE

  

The Washington County Fair Queen will be crowned at the opening ceremonies Saturday.  One of this year’s candidates is Heather Ruemke.  She is a senior at Brenham High School and is representing Washington County 4-H.  Heather served as President of her 4H club and also on the 4-H council.  She also is employed at the Washington Animal Clinic and hope to continue in a career in veterinary medicine at Texas A&M.  Heather explains why she would like to be Fair Queen:

 

The Fair Queen crowning and opening ceremonies are scheduled for 6pm Saturday (today) under the entertainment pavilion at the Washington County Fairgrounds.
