  1. How many fatalities have to happen at this intersection before a traffic light is installed. Flashing light does not work. Please do do something. I live in that area and use that intersection often.

  2. If we can’t buy guns till we are 21 maybe we shouldn’t drive till 21, more people are killed with cars than guns, it’s actually 100 to one for young drivers causing accidents.

  3. Why the highway dept doesn’t put speed bumps on both sides of the stop sign just baffles me. When they are working on 1457 they have them out everywhere! Would slow down traffic and work- blinking lights haven’t worked!

  4. Pass through this intersection 2-4 times per day. Actually came upon this accident while emergency vehicles were trying to handle the situation. It looked devastating. Said many prayers and will continue to do so for the families affected. It’s an extremely dangerous intersection…something we are constantly reminded of by the crosses on both sides of the road.

  5. My prayers to the Judy’s family. My heart breaks to hear this news. She was a loving and caring lady!!! God bless!

  6. Prayers for these two families. Sincere sympathy.
This intersection is very dangerous. I travel this route often. Difficult to see. Once you too the hill and around the curve.

    1. Evidently the pickup did not yield the right of way to the vehicle traveling North on FM 109. Don’t blame it on the road.

      1. People don’t like to place blame, but the fact of the matter is that if he would have obeyed the rules of the road, then she would be alive. PAY ATTENTION AND OBEY THE LAW!!!! STOP SIGNS EXIST FOE A REASON!!!!!
