FM 2502 TO BE CLOSED AT US 290 INTERSECTION MONDAY
A farm-to-market road near Burton will be closed around US Highway 290 Monday morning, for maintenance.
According to TxDOT, beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, FM 2502 at the intersection of US 290 will be closed, in order for TxDOT to perform maintenance repairs at the intersection. They will also perform repairs around 2000 feet south of the highway. The closure is expected to last until 5 p.m.
Drivers in the area are encouraged to use an alternate route. FM 2502 is located south of Burton, towards Greenvine and Latium.
