FORUM TUESDAY NIGHT

  

Tuesday night, KWHI will offer local voters a chance to hear from the candidates.

The KWHI Candidate Forum will be held Tuesday night at 5:45 at the lobby of Brenham National Bank.

The six candidates for the three contested Washington County races have been invited to attend.

The Precinct-One Justice of the Peace race features Republican Incumbent Doug Zwiener and Democrat Challenger Ophelia Whiting Howard.

The race for Precinct-Two Justice of the Peace has Republican Incumbent Doug Cone facing Democrat Challenger Duane Olney.

And the Precinct-Two County Commissioner’s race pits Incumbent Republican Luther Hueske (Hee-skee) and Democrat Challenger Margarette Boswell.

The first day of early voting is one week from today, Monday, October 20th.  Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th.

The public is invited to attend the forum in person at the Brenham National Bank Lobby or listen to AM-1280 KWHI or online at www.kwhi.com.
