FOUR PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT THIS WEEK

Four people pled guilty and were sentenced this week in District Court by Judge Carson Campbell.

 

Armando Prieto, Jr., 28 of Brenham, was sentenced to 8 years in prison for Unlawful Possession of Firearm by a Felon and Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle with a Deadly Weapon.  Prieto was arrested by Brenham Police in December of last year after he lead authorities on a high speed chase.  The chase ended when he wrecked his vehicle in the 300 block of North Market Street, near the Brenham Post Office and First Baptist Church.  He was apprehended after a short foot chase.

 

Johnathan Javon Fullilove, 30 of Chicago Heights, Illinois, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Bail Jumping/Fail to Appear.  He was also sentenced to 168 days in the Washington County Jail for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and Tampering with a Government Record.

Damarkus Mondrell Williams, 26 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years’ probation for  Possession of Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Khalil Izaiah Robinson, 19 of Killeen, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.
