FOUR SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Four people have been sentenced—three to prison time—in the latest session of 21st District Court in Washington County.
34-year old Dustin Wayne Tragesser, of Tomball was sentenced to five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institutional Division. He is charged with Possession of Controlled Substance – a Second Degree Felony.
Also sentenced were:
19-year old Jeremiah R. Mitchell, of Amarillo, for a 2017 charge of Robbery – a Second Degree Felony.
Mitchell had his probation revoked and sentenced to 4 years in prison
45-year old Hector Lozano, of San Antonio, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to 18 months in jail and fined $1500, for a 20156 arrest for two cases of Credit Card Abuse – a State Jail Felony.
And, 33-year old Aric Thane Whittaker, of Canyon Lake, who received five years’ probation for Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon – a Third Degree Felony. Whittaker was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 200 hours community service.
