FOURTEEN INDICTED IN AUSTIN CO.
Fourteen people have been indicted in the latest session of the 155th Grand Jury in Austin County, including one man charged with sexually assaulting a child and a man facing four drug charges.
20-year old Clarence Eugene Morales has been indicted on a charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Authorities say the alleged assault occurred this past June 30th. Morales remains behind bars.
33-year old Rafael LaRoy Jackson has been indicted on four charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. The four different cases occurred between May 29th and June 10th of this year. Jackson is currently free on bond.
43-year old Martin Pantoja Esparza is free on bond after his indictment on a charge of Sexual Assault for an incident from November of 2012.
55-year old Artiz James Francies remains jailed after his indictment for the theft of 10 head of livestock, valued at over $100,000.
47-year old Jose Cruz Hernandez is charged with Theft of Property Between $1500 and $20,000.
28-year old Leslie Blane Boudreaux is charged with two counts of Burglary of a Habitation for break ins that allegedly occurred June 1st and 11th.
51-year old Rigoberto Arranza has been indicted on a charge of Burglary of a Building for an offense that occurred on the 4th of July.
32-year old Derek Vaughn Dabney is also charged with Burglary of a Habitation for a May 12th incident.
26-year old Kyle Ray Cox has been indicted on a charge of Harassment of a Public Servant.
37-year old David Camacho and 32-year old Christina Camacho have each been indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance from their July 3rd arrests.
25-year old Jose Antonio Morales has also been indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance from June 23rd.
30-year old Reginald McCoy has been indicted for a charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument.
And, 23-year old Marcus Brian Venice was charged with Credit Card Abuse for an offense from June of 2013.
