FUSION UNIT ARRESTS WANTED MONTGOMERY CO. MAN

  

The Fusion Unit of the Brenham Police Department has apprehended a man wanted on a warrant out of Montgomery County.

Officers with the Fusion Unit, including: Investigator Joseph Merkley, Sgt. Carl Weisepape, Investigator Eddie Ocanas and Officer Kevin Mertz, were called out into the county for a known felon.

The met with a man who initially identified himself as David Allison, but during the course of the conversation, he admitted he was actually Kenneth David Kurz.

Kurz has been wanted for over a year in Montgomery County for felony assault against the elderly or disabled.

Kurz was arrested and taken to the Washington County Jail.
