Playoff implications are on the line, as the Brenham Cubs host Pflugerville Weiss in the regular season finale, tonight at Cubs Stadium.
A win by the Cubs (5-4/4-2) would clinch second place in District 13/5A, and insure a home playoff game next week.

Leander Glenn has clinched the top spot in District 13/5A after their win over Brenham last week. The Cubs are tied with East View at 4-2, but Brenham holds the tie-breaker after beating the Patriots, 35-34 in Week-6. Bastrop, Elgin and Cedar Creek are all tied for fourth at 3-3.
As for potential opponents in the Bi-District Playoff, the Cubs could play any one-of-four teams: Kerrville Tivy (6-0), Alamo Heights (5-1); Medina Valley (5-1); and Boerne Champion (4-2). Coach Allen says the final standings are still up for grabs entering tonight’s finales.
