HOSPITAL DISTURBANCE LEADS TO POT BUST

  

A disturbance during a mental health evaluation Tuesday morning  at the Brenham Scott and White Hospital led an arrest for marijuana possession.

Officer David Dudenhoeffer was called in to quell the disturbance just past two Tuesday morning.  The hospital staff told him the husband of the woman getting the evaluation, was causing the disturbance.  The officer found him and made contact.  The officer found residue of marijuana in the car and a passenger.  The officer searched the car and found a joint of marijuana and a small bag of it as well. The passenger, 19-year old Richard Lee Raspberry of Burton was arrested for misdemeanor marijuana possession.
