JEWELRY STOLEN IN BURGLARY

  

Brenham police reports say ‘a lot of jewelry was stolen’ about $900 worth in a home burglary that a couple discovered yesterday (Wednesday) when they returned home from work.

          Officers Heather Sowders and Seth Klem were called to the scene at ahome in the 1100 block of Hollis Drive when the couple found the back window of their house had been broken.  Once inside they discovered the loss of jewelry including an expensive sapphire ring. Police are investigating.
