  1. BISD is not only getting low grades in performance, but it seems they should be getting an “F” in communication.

  2. So the student made the threat on Thursday afternoon and police didnt pick the student up till Friday morning!? Wow, alot could of happened between that time period! That delay period could of turned deadly..Parents should of been the FIRST to of been informed not the LAST!!

  3. I applaud whoever it was that acted quickly and that the student was arrested and apparently is being dealt with swiftly but why weren’t parents notified?

  4. As a parent of two students at the junior high, it would have been nice to be informed of such incidents instead I hear through the radio station

  5. So this student told other students that she was gping to bring a gun and shoot another student. She’s arrested and taken to juvie. Case closed? The parents of the students attending Jr high were not notified by the school. Is this all the investigation that is needed? Is this all that we will hear about this case? Someone else please help me understand because it just seems like I’m missing sonething.

    1. You are asking too many questions about the local decisions made at the school district and campus. Instead, let us all blame it all on the state legislature! That is the go-to method of leadership at BISD when local systems break down.

    2. I go to the school and I didn’t know anything about this until today. The girl, who I personally know, was arrested around 3rd Period and no parents were notified and some teachers didn’t know either.
