JUVENILE HELD AFTER ALLEGEDLY STEALING FIREARM

  

A 15-year old juvenile boy is under observation after a disturbance and firearm theft Tuesday afternoon in Brenham.

Brenham Police officer Lance Weiss was called to the scene in the 700 block of East Germania, on a disturbance call at 4:42pm Tuesday. The boy’s uncle had reported that his nephew had stolen a handgun.  Police soon found the boy and recovered the firearm.

The boy is now undergoing a psychological examination.
