LADY LION PRESENT AUGUST WINNERS DURING MONTLY MEETING
The drawing for the August Calendar winners was held at the monthly meeting of the Washington County Ladies Lions Club on August 10.
Winning the $500 Grand Prize Gift Certificate from Hanna Marie Moehlmann Photography was Kathy Boeker of Brenham.
Winners of $50 Visa Gift cards were: Cory Flencher- Brenham, Mandy and Jason Landry of Brenham, Pat Jozwiak of Chappell, Hill, Melissa Garza of College Station and Renee Mueller of Brenham.
The club donated 5 additional backpacks to the collection through Citizens
State Bank.
The featured speaker was Katherine Havet, whom the club sponsored as a Girls State Delegate.
The club also provided two eyeglass scholarships in July.
