LOCAL 4H MEMBERS HAVE SUCCESS AT FT. WORTH STOCK SHOW

  

The Washington Co. 4-H program was represented successfully at the Fort Worth Stock Show within the past couple of weeks. Not only did 4-H members bring home awards in the Dairy Judging contest, but also racked up numerous accolades through the exhibition of Dairy Cattle, Breeding Heifers, Market Steers, Market Hogs and Market Goats in the junior livestock show.

Dairy Judging:
4^th Place Jr. Team: Noah Marek (6^th HPI), Teagan Thompson, Matthew Philips and Evan Schiller
12^th Place Jr. Team: Avery Maass, Mallory Mantey and Rilley Mantey
15^th Place Jr. Team: Gavin Chovanec (10^th HPI) and Kade Jackson
10^th Place Sr. Team: Kelsey Draehn, Katrina Allen, Chloe Arens and Carl Mitz
Marshall Wagner and Jolie Standley competed as Senior individuals with Wagner placing 15^th.
