LOCAL RESIDENT PROMOTED AT EDWARD JONES

  

A local Brenham resident has been promoted from trainee to branch office administrator at the Brenham office of the financial services firm Edward Jones.

Jennifer Phillips, who has lived in Brenham for three years, successfully completed the firm’s in-depth training program.

According to Billy Starnes, the firm’s local financial advisor, “Jones has performed the duties of her job while also working to complete her training and testing requirement. This is a well-deserved promotion. On any given day, Jennifer’s activities could include processing client trade transactions. Providing clients with receipts for money and securities, and assisting in the planning of seminars and special events.”

Starnes office is located at 2108 S. Market, in the Sutherland’s shopping center.
