MAN KILLED IN BRAZOS CO. ACCIDENT
A 79-year old man is dead following an auto accident, Sunday afternoon in Brazos County.
The accident occurred just after 3:30 Sunday afternoon on San Jacinto Street near 17th Street in Bryan.
According to police an 18-wheeler was traveling eastbound on San Jacinto when a Ford Ranger failed to yield the right of way crossing over 17th street.
The driver of the Ford Ranger was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the 18-wheeler was uninjured.
The identity of the deceased has not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
