MISSING HOUSTON-AREA MAN FOUND DEAD ON PROPERTY IN MADISON CO.
Authorities have identified the body of a man found on private property Friday in Madison County.
Around 2 p.m., the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and DPS responded to a report of a deceased male on a cattle guard, at the entrance of private property on Lou Bee Lane in Madison County.
They arrived to find a deceased white male, who was found to have been reported missing Tuesday in Houston. The body has been identified as 87-year-old Joseph Louis Kagle of Kingwood, in northeast Houston.
The family of Kagle has been notified. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death, but no foul play is suspected.
