MONEY MAKEOVER TEAM DISCUSSES CURRENT MARKET WOES

Wall Street continues to struggle at the start of 2016.

U.S. stocks opened lower again today, as investors continue to fret about signs of belligerence in North Korea and more weakening of China's economy.

The Dow Jones industrial average dropped 229 points, or 1.4 percent, to 16,930 as of 9:35 a.m. Eastern time.

Locally, Doug Neal and Toni Navarre of The Neal Financial Group—hosts of KWHI’s Money Makeover program—say the current situation is no reason to panic…

In addition to the situation in North Korea and the economy in China, Neal and Navarre say another big contributing factor—especially in Texas—is the price of oil…

Neal and Navarre, along with Jamie Keys, host the Money Makeover program, which can be heard Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:05 on KWHI and www.kwhi.com.
