NARCOTICS UNIT CONFISCATES COCAINE, MARIJUANA IN FAYETTE CO. DRUG BUST

  

Fayette County investigators took two people into custody on Thursday, who were in possession of several drugs and narcotics.

The Fayette County Narcotics Unit, along with sheriff’s deputies, La Grange police and Texas DPS, executed a search warrant in the 500 block of North College Street in La Grange.  The search warrant was part of an ongoing investigation through the Fayette County Narcotics Unit.

At the residence, authorities discovered crack cocaine, marijuana, currency, and other drug paraphernalia, along with means to distribute illegal narcotics.

Units took 25-year-old Chris Hancock of La Grange into custody on two outstanding warrants, along with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana in a drug free zone.  They also arrested 59-year-old Girlline Grayson of La Grange, for Possession of Marijuana in a drug free zone.
