NAVASOTA MAN ARRESTED AFTER POLICE CHASE IN BRYAN

A Navasota man is in police custody in Bryan after leading authorities there on a chase, Monday night.
Police were searching for 25-year-old Jose Garza after a report of possible domestic violence.
Authorities caught up with Garza as he was driving through the city. As officers approached the car Garza reportedly sped off.
Officers say he nearly crashed into several vehicles and nearly lost control of the car several times.
Police found Garza in his parked vehicle at a nearby home after a neighbor called authorities.
Garza was arrested and charged with evading arrest, driving with a suspended license, and several other charges.
