Police in College Station say 19-year-old Kevin Alejandro Ramos attacked two people that were using an ATM near Church Street and College Main Street, around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

Police said Ramos attacked the man that was using the ATM from behind, with a knife.  The man who was stabbed suffered lacerations to his head that needed four staples at the hospital.  The second victim gave his cash to Ramos to avoid being hurt, and Ramos then fled with the money.

Ramos was identified using security camera footage, and was arrested Tuesday in Navasota on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Aggravated Robbery.

Ramos was released from custody after posting $20,000 bail.
