Police are searching for 24-year-old Jamal Brooks of Navasota, who was one of two men that reportedly robbed the A&B Food Mart around 11 p.m. on August 23rd.
Police say Brooks, along with a second suspect, 19-year-old Deeldre Richardson of Navasota, robbed the store in the 700 block of West Washington Avenue, openly displaying a weapon.
Navasota Police Chief Shawn Myatt said investigators believed more than $1,000 in cash was taken.
Richardson turned himself in on Friday, and was released the same day on $20,000 bond. Brooks has not been arrested.
