NAVASOTA WOMAN SENTENCED IN WASHINGTON CO.

A Navasota woman has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to five criminal charges.

33-year old Pamela Milner, was sentenced to four years in state prison on each of three felony charges, including: Burglary of a habitation, Possession of a controlled substance, and Forgery.

Milner was also sentenced to 15 months on two drug possession charges.

Also in 21st District Court, in front of District Judge Carson Campbell:

25-year old Kayla Lorraine Mulanax of Brenham, was sentenced to eight months in jail and her probation was revoked on two counts of Abandoning or endangering. Mulanax was also fined $500.

19-year old James Charles Daniels Jr. of Brenham, was placed on four years’ probation for Credit card abuse.  Daniels was also ordered to perform 160 hours of community service.

20-year old Jalisa Mathis of Brenham, was placed on four years’ probation for Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.  Mathis was also fined $1,500 and ordered to perform 150 hours of community service.

23-year old Joseph Cummings of Bellville, was placed on four years’ probation for Theft between $1,500- $20,000.  Cummings was also fined $1,500 and ordered to perform 160 hours of community service.

49-year old Cynthia Ann Maynard of Brenham, was placed on four years’ probation for Burglary of a building.  Maynard was also ordered to perform 120 hours of community service.

22-year old Taylor Plaster of Cypress, was placed on three years’ probation for Forgery.  Plaster was also fined $1,500 and ordered to perform 120 hours of community service.

And, 18-year old Victor Garcia of Brenham, was placed on three years’ probation for Tampering with physical evidence.  Garcia was also fined $1,000 and ordered to perform 140 hours of community service.
