Washington County’s population grew slightly in 2015.
According to the county clerk’s office, there were approximately 130 more births than deaths in the past year.
County Clerk Beth Rothermel reports 454 births in Washington County in 2015; up from 345 in 2014.
Rothermel also reports 322 deaths in the county; down 40 from 2014.
Rothermel’s office also reports 236 marriages in the past year; 5 more than in 2014.
