PANTHERS HOPE TO PICK UP FIRST DISTRICT WIN AT HOME

The Burton Panthers return home after three straight weeks on the road, looking for their first district win.

The Panthers (3-4/0-1) host the Louise Hornets (0-6/0-0) in District 14/2A play at Panther Stadium.

Burton is coming off a disappointing 48-14 loss to #8-ranked Flatonia last week.  Coach Jason Hodde says, despite the lack-luster performance, he’s confident in his team’s resiliency…

Hodde goes on to say, despite the Hornets’ winless record, the Panthers cannot take them for granted…

Kickoff at Panther Stadium is set for 7:30.
