POLICE ARREST BRENHAM MAN FOR HARASSING TEACHER
A Brenham man has been arrested for the second time in less than a month, this time for harassing a teacher.
17-year-old Zacchaeus Zechariah Miles was taken into custody Thursday, after police investigated a threat and harassment report on the Brenham High School campus.
Corporal Lance Weiss, who is the school resource officer, determined that Miles harassed and threatened bodily harm to a high school teacher.
Miles was arrested for Harassment and taken to the Washington County Jail.
Miles was also arrested January 22nd, along with two other juveniles, following a chase involving the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Brenham and Blinn Police Departments.
Miles was charged in that offense with Evading Arrest and Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. The two juvenile men were also charged with Evading Arrest, but were released to their parents at the request of Juvenile Probation.
