POLICE INVESTIGATING BURGLARY

  

Brenham Police are investigating a burglary at a local residence.

Cpl. Lance Weiss was called out Friday afternoon to the 2000 block of FM 389 in reference to a burglary of a building.

The caller said someone had stolen several of her husband’s tools from the shed behind their house.

Weiss said it appeared the suspect had entered the shed through a window that had been left slightly open.

Items taken include two drills and various other hand tools.

The investigation continues.
