PRECINCT THREE JP MAY RUNNING FOR REELECTION

Precinct Three Justice of the Peace Roy May says he wants another term on the bench.

This would be the sixth term for May, who was first appointed Justice of the Peace in August of 1996.  He says he finds the position interesting, helpful and enjoys serving the people.  May also says he can bring experience, education and integrity to the bencH.

May will be a candidate in the May 2014 Republican Primary.

In a released statement May says he wanted to thank his friends and neighbors in the precinct who ‘have honored him’ by electing him.  May says he has always tried to act to uphold ‘the highest standards’ of integrity and confidence.

Judge May serves as chair of the Washington County Bail Bond Board.  He was also past president of the Brenham Noon Lions Club, past first Vice President and Director of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, member of the International Association of Coroners and Medical Examiners, member of Texas Justice of the Peace and Constables Association and a member of the Texas Justice Court Judges Association.
