P&Z COMMISSION TO DISCUSS NEW SUBDIVISION
A new subdivision being developed along the State Highway 36 Loop on the west side of Brenham will be discussed by the Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission today (Tuesday).
Work has already begun on the Vintage Farms Subdivision on the west side of the Highway 36 Loop near U.S. Highway 290 West. The Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission will consider approval of a final plat for the 102 lot subdivision. The Commission will also hear a request for an amending plat for lots 12 and 13 of the Bentwood Subdivision on Walsch Lane.
Today’s (Tuesday’s) meeting is set for 5:15 p.m. in council chambers on the 2nd floor of Brenham City Hall.
