RIBBON CUTTING FOR ANIMAL FRIENDS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place today (Monday) for the grand opening of Animal Friends of Washington County.
Animal Friends of Washington County provides low cost spay, neuter, and basic health care services for owners of dogs and cats.
After sustaining serious damage in the May 2016 storms, the Animal Friends of Washington County Dog Park reopened in April. The park includes amenities such as ponds, agility equipment, water stations, washing station, and seating both open and covered for human companions
The ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. at Animal Friends’ location- 3901 Highway 36 North.

I’m so glad they were able to rebuild. I hope there’s plans to put the big pond put back into use, too.
