SAN ANTONIO MAYOR COULD GET CABINET POSITION
A prominent Texan could be headed for a cabinet position in the Obama Administration.
Three term San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro is on the top lists to become the next secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
Castro is being vetted by the FBI for a nomination as HUD secretary which would make him one of the highest ranking Hispanics to Obama’s Administration.
Castro is also being touted as a possible vice presidential candidate on the 2016 presidential ticket.
