SOME ROCKET PLAYERS BEGINNING TO WORKOUT

Rockets players have begun individual workouts at the Toyota Center, Monday as Texas enters the second phase of its reopening plan.

The Houston Chronicle reports roughly nine players expressed interest in returning to the practice facility sometime this week, though the rules allow just four players in the building at a time.

Only one player and one staff member are allowed on any basket. Head coaches, top assistants and front office personnel are not allowed onsite.

Players must arrive at the facility alone, in their own car and wearing a mask.  Temperature checks are also required.

Players have been barred from practice facilities since March 19 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
