TEEN BOY SENT TO JUVENILE DETENTION AFTER CAR BURGLARIES

  

A 16-year old Brenham boy is in juvenile detention in Hays County after he was arrested for breaking into two cars in the Scott and White Hospital parking lot Thursday afternoon.

Brenham police officer Ashley Burns was called to the scene in the 700 block of Medical Parkway after witnesses saw the boy commit two vehicle burglaries.  Sgt. Jason Derrick arrested the boy and he was sent to the juvenile detention center.
