TEXAS MS 150 SEEKING VOLUNTEERS; INFORMATIONAL MEETING IN B/CS THURSDAY
Anyone interested in getting involved in this year’s Texas MS 150, set to come through Washington County and end at Kyle Field in College Station, is invited to an informational meeting Thursday.
The meeting for riders and volunteers will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Pebble Creek Country Club in College Station, located at 4500 Pebble Creek Parkway.
Event organizers are seeking over 300 volunteers from the Bryan-College Station area.
The Texas MS 150 is a two-day bike ride raising funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Cyclists will begin on Saturday, May 2nd in either Houston or Austin and ride to La Grange.
On Sunday, May 3rd, riders can take one of two different routes through Carmine or near Round Top, heading through Burton, Somerville, and Snook before finishing the ride inside Kyle Field.
