THREE SCHULENBURG MEN ARRESTED FOR BURGLARY

  

Three Schulenburg men were arrested on Wednesday after a police investigation revealed they stole a safe from a local business.icon-burglary

Fayette County Deputies CJ Lehmann and David Smith responded to Willie Joe’s Processing and Meat Market in the High Hill area of Schulenburg in response to a burglary. When they arrived on the scene, they found the company’s safe had been stolen. The safe contained checks and cash.

Investigators Angela Lala and Garrett Durrenberger, along with Schulenburg Officers Cody Weiser and Jon Aston, followed up on the initial investigation. This lead them to a residence in Schulenburg on Kessler Street. It was at that residence that first suspect, 24-year-old Gerrod Bulter, was identified.

Further investigation lead to two other individuals who were located pulling into the Garden Walk Apartments. Authorities found that Karl Jarmon Jr, 23, and Javier Esquivel, 22, had the stolen safe in the back of their vehicle.

All three men are charged with burglary of a building. Jarmon and Esquivel are also charged with being in possession of the stolen safe. The three men were booked into the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
