TWO AUSTIN COUNTY PEOPLE BUSTED FOR POT AND PUBLIC INTOXICATION

  

Two people from Austin County were arrested late Friday afternoon when Brenham police discovered them in an intoxicated state in the parking of Time Well Spent.

Witnesses called  in saying there was car that had jumped the curb onto the parking lot at 4;45 pm Friday.

Officer Lance Weiss was called to the scene and found 17-year old Fernando Hernandez of Bellville and 19-year old Normandy Susan King of Sealy, in the car.  Both appeared to be intoxicated.  Weiss searched the car and found a small amount of marijuana.  Hernandez was arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana.  King was arrested for public intoxication.
