TWO INJURED IN CRASH ON HIGHWAY 6 NEAR NAVASOTA
A multi-vehicle accident left at least two people injured on Highway 6, south of Navasota, Monday evening.
Police were called out to County Road 415 around 6:45 p.m. Troops say the accident occurred when the driver of a pickup pulled into the path of an 18-wheeler. The collision caused the 18-wheeler to rollover, losing its cargo of lumber. A third vehicle was also involved in the accident.
The drivers of the 18-wheeler and pickup were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
