TWO ROAD CLOSURES SCHEDULED NEXT WEEK FOR RAILWAY REPAIRS
The Washington County Road and Bridge Department will be closing two railroad crossings on Monday and Tuesday for repairs.
On Monday from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., All Jersey Road, near Phillipsburg, will be closed for the BNSF Railway Company to perform repairs.
On Tuesday, from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m., BNSF contractors will be shutting down the rail crossing on Industrial Boulevard, just past the Fireman’s Training Center. During this time, the road will not allow traffic through, but a detour will be set up to allow access to homes and businesses.
All work is weather permitting.

Hoping for much needed repairs to the Salem Road rail road crossing. It is deplorable with asphalt ruts and pot holes.
