TxDOT SETS HEARING ON HWY. 36 PROJECT
A public hearing is set for next Tuesday (9/9) on the proposed improvements to the intersection of Highway 36 from Highway 290 to Business 36.
Project information, including a map of the exact location of the work along with the planned layout and an environmental impact study will all be available prior to the meeting, set for 6:00 p.m. at the Brenham Elementary School on West Blue Bell Road.
Public viewing of the project information will begin at 5:00 p.m.
The work includes widening Highway 36 to four lanes from 290 to Business 36—a distance of just over two miles.
A description of the project will be followed by an opportunity for public comment.
