WASHINGTON CO. APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD TO DISCUSS 2021 REVALUATION, AG USE
The Washington County Appraisal District Board will meet Tuesday to discuss revaluation and ag use for 2021.
Board members will go over appraisers’ field work so far for next year, as well as the sending of required ag use applications on properties needing updated applications for the coming year.
The board will also receive an update on the 2020 Methods and Assistance Program (MAP). The state comptroller’s office reviews every appraisal district’s governance, taxpayer assistance, operating procedures, appraisal standards, and methodology at least once every two years.
Board members will also hear an update from Washington County Chief Appraiser Willy Dilworth.
The board will meet Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. at the Brenham ISD Tax Office, at 1301 Niebuhr Street.
